We are looking for a Residential Property Manager.

ABOUT THE ROLE:
You will be taking over an impeccably managed portfolio of residential properties and ensuring exceptional service delivery to both landlords and tenants.
You be involved in all aspects of property management, including but not limited to:

Manage Landlord and Tenant communications

Entry and exit inspections

Lease renewals

Assist with routine inspections when required

Ensure smooth processes and happy clients — every day is different!

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
- Current real estate certificate of registration or real estate licence
- Previous experience in property management
- Drivers license
- Excellent communication and organisation skills
- Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines
- An impressive, proactive approach
- Confidence to take initiative and responsibility in an enthusiastic and motivated team
- A great track record of relationship management
