From you I am looking for;

2-3 years’ experience in a barista role

35 – 40 hours per week

The ability to talk to customers while delivering consistent quality coffee

The ability to work fast when it’s jumping

The commitment to continue mastering your skills

A strong level of consistency in coffee & service

You can work one day on the weekend (don’t worry we make it fun and if on occasion you need a full weekend off, you can always swap with other team members.)

The realisation that you won’t be a Barista 100% of the time, it is 90% of your job. You can’t be precious, we are a team

From me, you’ll receive

Training and development, including external training at Deluca Coffee

Latest quality equipment to work with and develop your skills
