About the role

We are seeking an experienced Barista to join our dynamic team in Kurrajong, NSW. As a part-time Barista, you will be responsible for crafting delicious coffee beverages and providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced cafe environment.

What you'll be doing

Preparing and serving a variety of coffee drinks, including espresso, cappuccino, latte, and more

Ensuring the consistent quality of all coffee beverages

Providing excellent customer service and creating a positive dining experience for our customers

Maintaining a clean and organised work area, including the coffee machine and other equipment

Assisting with other cafe duties as needed, such as food preparation and counter service

What we're looking for

Minimum 1 year of experience as a Barista or in a similar role

Strong knowledge of coffee preparation, including different brewing methods and coffee bean varieties

Excellent customer service skills and the ability to work well in a team

Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organisation

Flexibility to work weekends and evenings as required

Must have the right to work in Australia

Must be available to work at least one weekend day

Must have own Car
