About the role

We are seeking an experienced Light Vehicle Motor Mechanic/Technician to join our team at Trevor Waterhouse Mechanical Repairs' in Grafton, NSW. This full-time role will involve the diagnosis, repair and maintenance of a wide range of light vehicles. You will be an integral part of our busy workshop, working alongside our team of skilled technicians to ensure our customers' vehicles are kept in excellent condition.

What you'll be doing

Performing scheduled and general maintenance on a variety of light vehicles

Diagnosing and repairing mechanical faults.

Test driving vehicles to ensure proper functioning after repair

Maintaining detailed records of work performed

Ensuring a safe and clean work environment

Providing excellent customer service

What we're looking for

Formal qualifications - Motor Mechanic Tradesperson Certificate 111.

Minimum 3 years' experience as a Light Vehicle Motor Mechanic/Technician

Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills

Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality work

Good communication and customer service skills

A current driver's licence and your own tools

Ability to work independently and as part of a team
