Frosteez is looking for an Automotive Air-conditioning Technician with Automotive Mechanical qualification to join our growing mobile car aircon business!

(Please note that this role requires full Australian work rights or permanent residency.)

About the Role

As the successful applicant, your daily duties as a Automotive Air-conditioning Technician will include but not be limited to:

diagnosing automotive air-conditioning faults (mechanical and some minor electrical)

compressor & condenser replacements

compressor repairs as needed

air-conditioning servicing & repairs

regassing vehicles when required

minor mechanical servicing

mentoring junior technicians.

About You (Position Requirements)

To be successful in this role, you MUST have the following Position Requirements:

Full Australian work rights essential (we cannot provide sponsorship at this time)

Min. 2 years previous Automotive Air-conditioning Technician experience

ArcTick Refrigerant Handling Licence (AAC02) essential

Relevant trade qualification (e.g. Auto Air-conditioning + Mechanical) required

Open vehicle licence (manual licence preferable)

Previous experience running automotive workshops highly advantageous.
