Make real impact, not cold calls. We’re two thriving Newcastle fitness communities—Concrete Gym and Onetribe Health and Fitness—and we’re hiring two Sales Consultants to help more people get stronger, healthier, and more confident in 2025.

Remote/hybrid with flexible hours (Newcastle base if you want the office).

Warm leads and events—no cold calling or street pitching.

Sales by Chat.

Products you can believe in: coaching, classes, recovery, and real results.

Training, weekly coaching and paid professional development.

Base pay + uncapped commission (see details below).

What you’ll do

Run discovery and close calls with warm leads for both gyms.

Own a daily activity/KPI rhythm and keep your pipeline moving.

Follow up like a pro across phone, SMS and email; update the CRM.

Collaborate with coaches on offers (e.g., 4‑Week Challenge, classes, PT).

Jump into community events/boot camps to support brand momentum.

You’ll be great at this if you

Bring 3+ years of phone‑based, activity‑driven sales and love hitting targets.

Are coachable, competitive and resilient (you like feedback and growth).

Care about health & fitness and want to help people change their lives.

Bonus: gym/studio sales experience (yoga, Pilates, group training, PT).

Pay & progression

Base: $30/hour for 10 hours/week to start (contract).

Commission: $40 per sale, uncapped, plus bonuses.

Example: 100 sign‑ups/month = $4,000 commission (plus base).

Team goal across both gyms: 160 sign‑ups/month.

After 3 months, choose your path: higher base ($35/hr) or higher commission ($45/sale).
