Join Our Team – Retail Customer Service Assistant (School Uniforms)

Hours: Approx. 7-10 hours/week (Extended hours during peak periods)

About the Role
We believe every student deserves to look and feel great in their school uniform. Our uniform shops are fast-paced and customer-focused, and we’re looking for an enthusiastic and friendly retail professional to join our dynamic team.

This is a casual position offering approximately 7-10 hours per week, with the potential for increased hours during busy periods, especially back-to-school season.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver excellent customer service to both adults and Students

Conduct uniform fittings and process sales via the POS system

Provide timely updates to customers on orders and delivery status

Receive, replenish, and manage stock in-store

Process online orders and respond to phone and email enquiries

Maintain tidy and well-stocked shop displays

Build and maintain strong relationships with schools and customers

Skills & Experience

Friendly, professional customer service and sales skills

Previous retail experience (preferred but not essential)

Strong organisational skills with great attention to detail

Confident computer skills, including Microsoft Office and Excel

A proactive and reliable team player

Requirements

Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle

Ability to obtain a Police Check and Working with Children Check (we’ll assist the successful applicant with this)
