The Bento Buzz is Australia's #1 Bento Lunch & Hydration Store. As a niche kitchenware store specialising in bento boxes, drink bottles, bags and accessories for adults and children. We are a destination store in a modern, evolving retail market. We are the leaders in our niche and excel at what we know, and what we do.

What we need:

We are on the hunt for retail team members with passion to bring the bento buzz to our Ashmore, Gold Coast store. To be considered for a position, it is crucial that you have full availability throughout our extended peak Christmas and Back To School season between October and February. Full availability includes the summer school holidays, weekends and public holidays (excluding Christmas Day and New Years Day) to meet the demands of a high volume peak sales period.

These positions are fixed term casual contracts however, we're always looking for super-buzzy team members to join us so there may be opportunity for ongoing employment.

Who we're looking for:

Min 3 years of hands-on retail experience is a must - you'll need to hit the ground running

People people. Love kids and helping and guiding customers

Exceptional communication, organisational and multitasking skills

A love of social media and retail trends

Ability to work autonomously to tick off the small biz 'to-do' list

A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making
