We are seeking a dynamic and professional Brand Ambassador to represent a prestigious luxury liquor brand at Sydney International Airport. If you have a passion for premium spirits, excellent customer service skills, and can engage effectively with diverse international travelers, this is an exciting opportunity for you!

Key Responsibilities:

Promote and showcase luxury liquor / Cosmetics/ Perfume products to travelers at Sydney/ Melbourne/ Brisbane International Airport

Deliver outstanding customer service with a friendly and approachable attitude

Educate customers on product features and benefits with in-depth liquor knowledge

Work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment

Achieve and exceed sales targets consistently

Engage Mandarin-speaking customers fluently to enhance their experience

Requirements:

Valid RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) certificate is mandatory

Must Have Experience in Make-up

Strong knowledge of liquor and premium spirits is highly regarded

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work well under pressure and meet set sales targets

Fluent in Mandarin, Korean or Vietnamese (spoken) is highly regarded

Previous experience in customer service or brand ambassador roles is preferred
