At Heinemann, we are looking for exceptional Part Time Brand Ambassador of COTY (30 hours) and Full Time Brand Ambassador of Jo Malone (37.5 hours) to join our team at Gold Coast Airport!

As a Brand Ambassador you will

Have previous experience in Beauty Retail, where you have maximized sales opportunities and demonstrate customer excellence

Use your product knowledge and strong communication skills to go above and beyond a customer's expectations

Be enthusiastic and a strong communicator

Able to build rapport with people quickly, taking time to listen and understand what they are looking for with the aim of providing recommendations that suit their needs

Have the ability to understand and interact with people from various cultures simultaneously

Be a team player that is committed to achieving personal and team goals

What you should bring along

Previous experience within retail

A passion for delivering an exceptional customer service experience

Immaculate personal presentation

Strong communication skills

Multi-lingual advantageous, but not essential

The ability to work in a fast-paced environment

AM and PM shifts availability for COTY and Jo Malone are preferred **Subject to change based on business needs**
