We are seeking an enthusiastic, patient-focused individual to join our optometry practice, which is part of a fun, multidisciplinary Christian allied health clinic in Nambour.

Responsibilities include managing appointments, providing excellent patient care, fitting and ordering of frames and lenses, and supporting our optometrist with report writing, some bookwork and clerical tasks.

This position involves a mixture of fashion, medicine and technology, working in a multi-disciplinary allied health practice involving a psychologist, counsellor, physiotherapist and nutritionalist. Our Optometrist specialises in children's vision and behavioural Optometry, so much of the time is spent relating to families and children.

Previous medical receptionist experience is not necessary, and we are happy to train the successful applicant; we are mainly looking for a committed and caring individual who would be available for 2 to 3 days a week.
