We are currently seeking a motivated and experienced Workshop Controller to lead our busy service team.

About the Role

As Workshop Controller, you will:

Manage daily workflow for a team of technicians and apprentices.

Monitor productivity and efficiency across the workshop.

Prioritise repair orders for timely and accurate completion.

Support the Service Advisors with technical problem-solving.

Ensure warranty and compliance standards are met.

Drive a safe, organised and professional workshop environment.

Assist with achieving service sales and profit objectives.

Lead by example with strong technical expertise and customer focus.

What We’re Looking For

Relevant trade qualifications with strong hands-on automotive experience.

Previous Workshop Controller or leading hand experience (preferred).

MVTC (Motor Vehicle Tradesperson Certificate) – essential.

Current driver’s licence (manual and auto).

Air-conditioning, ASCIS & AUVIS licences desirable, but not essential.

Excellent communication skills – verbal and written.

Proven ability to lead, motivate and mentor a team.

Strong time management, reliability, and pride in workmanship.
