What we are looking for:

High level of experience in the service area of a busy motor vehicle dealership within the automotive industry.

High level of knowledge and ability in the area of service-based employee supervision within the automotive industry

Relevant service-based qualifications regarding all motor vehicle brands associated with dealership management

Strong leadership skills demonstrated by positive attitude & drive

Automotive trade qualification preferred

Understanding of how this role directly impact customer service results

Experience in Service Department KPIs

Great time management skills

Current Manual Drivers Licence

What the role entails:

Leading a team of qualified Technicians and Apprentices to optimise service delivery for our customers.

Ensuring all work is carried out to meet manufacturer benchmarks (fix it right first time)

Ensuring a safe work environment is regularly maintained.

Assisting in setting and obtaining service sales & profit objectives.

Controlling workshop activity to ensure profitability is maximised.
