About The Role:

Reporting to the Operations team, the First Aid Service Technician is a key role in the Fresh & Clean business delivering front line service to our customers. Passionate about customer satisfaction, our First Aid Service Technicians take responsibility for the following key activities:

Reviewing daily service route requirements and loading van with the correct stock;

Completing each customer visit to deliver, service, and collect the correct stock;

Service and maintain First Aid cabinets, Defibs, Eye Wash and related products at customer sites;

Checking installed equipment at customer sites to ensure it is operational and compliant;

Meeting with customers to confirm their service needs are being met and provide feedback on possible increases to their service they may consider; and

Returning used stock and equipment to the depot for refurbishment

This role will be based out of our Brisbane (Salisbury) branch but will see you delivering to our customers throughout the greater Brisbane region.

You will need:

To be physically fit

A valid Driver Licence

Working with Children Check

Prior experience in a Cleaning, Customer Service or Delivery Driver role will assist you to get up and running quickly in your new role but is not essential.
