The role

We are seeking a talented Sales and Warranty Officer to join the team at Cadillac RV, a leading dealership of high-quality caravans. In this full-time role based in Epping, VIC, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and handling all sales and warranty-related inquiries and requests.

Key responsibilities

Responding to customer inquiries and providing information about Cadillac RV product range and services

Processing sales orders and coordinating the delivery of caravans to customers

Handling warranty claims and ensuring a smooth resolution process for customers

Maintaining accurate records of all sales and warranty activities

Collaborating with the production and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of products

Providing feedback and recommendations to the management team to improve customer experience

What we're looking for

Excellent customer service skills with a proven track record of handling inquiries and resolving issues

Strong communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with customers, suppliers, and internal teams

Familiarity with sales processes and warranty management in the manufacturing or transport and logistics industry

Proficient in using relevant software and data management tools

Attention to detail and the ability to maintain accurate records

A team player with a positive attitude and a willingness to contribute to the overall success of the company
