Quality Assurance Officer – Manufacturing (Kerang, VIC)

Join Kerfab, a leader in attachments for agriculture, civil, and construction industries. We’re seeking a proactive Quality Assurance Officer to ensure our products meet the highest standards of safety, compliance, and customer satisfaction.

What you’ll do:

Implement and maintain Quality Management Systems.

Conduct inspections, testing, and audits across production.

Lead non-conformance investigations and drive corrective actions.

Support continuous improvement, Lean, and Six Sigma initiatives.

Collaborate with production, engineering, and procurement teams.

What we’re looking for:

3–5+ years’ experience in QA within manufacturing/fabrication.

Trade or technical qualification in welding/fabrication or production engineering.

Strong knowledge of welding standards (AS/NZS 1554, ISO 3834, AWS, ASME).

Experience with ISO 9001 systems and inspection processes.(preferred)

Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Welding inspector certification (CSWIP/WTIA) highly regarded.
