In this leadership position, you will take ownership of a broad range of accounting functions, including accounts receivable and payable, payroll, BAS and tax obligations, and the preparation of financial statements for directors and shareholders. You will also be actively involved in budgeting, audits, loan arrangements, and property investment analysis—making this a diverse and rewarding role.

Your responsibilities will include:

Driving compliance with ATO, ASIC, Fair Work, and NDIS requirements.

Maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial and data records.

Providing guidance and supervision to junior accounts staff.

Partnering with management to support business administration and achieve strategic financial goals.

Strong technical accounting knowledge and attention to detail.

Proven experience with accounting and payroll systems (Xero and MYOB).
