Key Responsibilities
Front Desk Reception: Answer incoming calls, welcome visitors, manage deliveries, and maintain a professional reception area.
Administrative Assistance: Support basic office administration including filing, scheduling, meeting coordination, and supplier communication.
Executive Support: Provide calendar reminders and assist with simple travel or meeting arrangements for the Managing Director.
English Conversation Partner: Engage the Managing Director in daily English conversation practice, role-playing common business and social situations to improve fluency and confidence.
Requirements
Native English speaker (female preferred) with clear communication skills and a friendly, approachable manner.
Excellent interpersonal skills and professional presentation.
Basic computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
Patient, organised, and able to support daily administrative operations.
Previous reception or customer service experience is an advantage.
