Maintenance Fitter - Heavy Industrial Plant
Blacktown, Western Sydney
Monday - Friday 5am - 3:30pm & Saturday Half Shift
$170,000 p.a. + OT + Super

The Opportunity
A well-established Australian manufacturer in the heavy industrial sector is seeking an experienced Maintenance Fitter to join their Blacktown site. This hands-on role will see you working across both mobile and fixed plant equipment, ensuring reliability, minimising downtime, and supporting ongoing site operations.

Key Responsibilities

Perform preventative, corrective, and breakdown maintenance across plant and equipment

Carry out fault-finding and diagnostics in a fast-paced environment

Support site production by responding promptly to maintenance issues

Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and equipment reliability projects

Apply safe work practices at all times, complying with WHS standards

What We're Looking For

Australian-recognised trade qualification (Cert III in Engineering - Mechanical Trade or equivalent)

Minimum 2 years' maintenance fitting experience (heavy industrial background advantageous)

Welding and oxy-cutting experience (desirable, not essential)

Strong commitment to safety and reliability

Physically fit and able to pass medical, drug, and alcohol screening

Current work rights in Australia (Police Check required)
