About the role
We are seeking a Pastry Cook to join our team at Golden Bakery in Osborne Park, WA. As a Pastry Cook, your main responsibility will be operating a dough sheeter to make pastry for our large range of savoury products. This full-time role is an excellent opportunity to showcase your baking expertise and contribute to the success of our thriving bakery.

What you'll be doing

Operating dough sheeter to produce pastry for our savoury goods

Ensuring consistent quality and presentation of pastry

Adhering to strict food safety and hygiene standards

Maintaining a clean and organised workspace

What we're looking for

Minimum 3 years of experience as a Pastry Cook or equivalent role in a commercial bakery or restaurant setting

Strong knowledge of baking techniques, equipment, and ingredients - particularly knowledge of how to operate a dough sheeter

Excellent attention to detail and ability to work efficiently under pressure

Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented approach

Ability to work flexible hours, including early mornings and weekends
