Role Overview
We are seeking a Regional Retail Manager to oversee 10 showrooms and approximately 50 staff across South-West Sydney and Canberra. You will partner with Store Managers to drive sales, deliver exceptional customer experiences, and maintain premium retail standards. This role is ideal for a commercially minded leader who thrives on coaching teams, enhancing customer engagement, and achieving outstanding business results.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, inspire, and engage high-performing Store Managers and teams across multiple locations
• Drive sales performance through coaching, mentoring, and KPI management
• Recruit, develop, and mentor staff to create future leaders
• Ensure exceptional customer experiences and resolve escalated complaints
• Maintain high standards of visual merchandising and operational compliance
• Manage rosters to optimise showroom coverage
• Identify opportunities to increase customer traffic and sales

Requirements

• Proven multi-site retail management experience, preferably in high-value or consultative selling environments
• Strong leadership and coaching skills with a stable employment history
• Excellent commercial acumen and ability to deliver sales results
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail and operational expertise
• Ability to work one weekend per month, with Monday-Friday schedules for the remaining weeks
