Develop and maintain relationships with residential and commercial clients

Conduct on-site consultations and product demonstrations

Prepare and present quotes, proposals, and contracts

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and installation

Meet and exceed monthly sales targets

Stay up-to-date with industry trends, product innovations, and competitor offerings

Attend trade shows, networking events, and client meetings as needed

🧠 Requirements

Minimum 3 years of sales experience in building materials, construction, or related industries

Proven experience in sales, preferably in building materials or home improvement

Strong understanding of aluminium window and door systems

Excellent communication and negotiation skills

Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings and specifications

Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and customer-first mindset

Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel locally
