The Role
We are seeking a proactive Sales Assistant to join our team. This role will support our sales managers by handling customer enquiries, collecting information, and ensuring timely follow-up. It’s an excellent entry point for someone looking to develop their career in sales within the building and construction industry.

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound and inbound phone calls with prospective and existing customers

Collect and update customer information in our system

Follow up on leads and assist with preparing quotations

Support the sales team with scheduling and documentation

Occasionally visit customers or project sites with a sales manager

Provide general administrative support to ensure smooth sales operations

About You

Confident communicator, both on the phone and in person

Strong organisational and follow-up skills

Proactive and motivated, with a positive attitude

Comfortable learning industry-specific terms and processes

Prior experience in customer service, sales, or admin preferred
