Role: Service Advisor Traineeship
Location: Prestons, NSW
Salary: $38k–$45k + Super | Day Shift Only

We’re offering a 12–24 month traineeship where you’ll gain hands-on experience with trucks & buses while working towards a Certificate III in Automotive Sales.

What’s on offer:

• Full-time role, day shift only (7:30am–3:30pm or 9:00am–5:30pm)
• Nationally recognised qualification upon completion
• Ongoing training, mentoring & clear career pathway

What you’ll be doing:

• Be the face of our service department – checking in trucks & buses
• Booking in services & liaising with fleet customers
• Calling customers with updates & job completions
• Learning front office operations, including parts & admin support

Who we’re looking for:

• School leavers or people from retail/warehouse backgrounds wanting a career change
• Passion for trucks, buses, and the automotive industry
• Great communication & a willingness to learn
