Part Time / Full Time Position

ABOUT US:

A well-established supplier and retailer of architectural building products including timber, hardware and heating products to both the trade and retail markets.

Position Purpose:

To actively promote and facilitate the sale of timber and hardware products to customers, ensuring excellent customer service and experience.

The Role:

We are looking for a motivated salesperson who desires to offer an exceptional sales experience, and who is passionate about building and renovation projects.

Here is what you will do:

Facilitate sales to existing and new customers

Establish and maintain positive business and customer relationships

Match the client with the right product for their project

Look after our customer base with care and attention

Maintain a current knowledge of products and attend training as required

Ensure the showroom is presentable and clean

Co-ordination for delivery of goods as required

Who you are:

You are a people person with a knack for sales. Here is what we are after:

Sales experience (trade industry is advantageous)

General understanding or MYOB and Microsoft Office

A drive to meet goals and build new opportunities

Strong communication and relationship skills that connect with clients

Creative thinking to solve problems and close deals

Good Time management negotiation abilities

A positive attitude
