Hands-on, all-rounder bookkeeping position reporting into an FC

Northern Beaches location. Salary ranging from $90,000 - $110,000 + Super (experience dependent).

Our client is a diversified business in the Northern Beaches. They are currently experiencing strong growth with their well-established client base and recognisable products. This role sits in a small finance team of 2, reporting to a collaborative Manager. On offer is a:

The Role

On offer is a full-time, permanent, well-rounded bookkeeping position that will encompass the following duties:

Payroll duties - weekly and fortnightly pay runs, STP, monthly payroll tax and quarterly superannuation

AP duties - invoice processing, employee expense management and weekly payment runs

AR duties – invoicing, debtor reporting

Bank Reconciliations

Month-end journals and reconciliations

Finalising monthly reports for each entity

Your Background

To be considered for this Bookkeeper/Accountant position, you will have the following skills and experience:

Well-rounded experience as a Bookkeeper, Accountant or similar position

Must have experience in full-function Payroll and Accounts Payable

Working experience using Xero

Excellent communication skills and the confidence to liaise with internal and external stakeholders

Good attitude to learn and take on forthcoming duties

Happy to work in the Northern Beaches
