An exciting opportunity has become available to join their team as a Business Development Manager/Sales Consultant.

About the role:

• Drive sales and profitably.
• Manage and maintain CRM.
• Arrange and facilitate product demonstrations and presentations to clients.
• Partake, sponsor and be present at industry and networking events (design, property, engineering).

Ideal Candidate:

• Experience in the Lighting Industry, electrical/construction or architecture related field is highly regarded.
• Experience presenting and pitching to clients and customers.
• Experience using CRMs and Mac / Microsoft suite of software.
• Driven and motivated self-starter.
• Excellent organisation skills and a positive ‘can do’ attitude.
• Confident, clear and concise communication style and the ability to quickly adapt/transition thinking from creative, to pragmatic to commercial thinking.
• Thirst for knowledge and a desire for continuous learning.
• Competitive nature with a win at all cost attitude whilst remaining respectful and professional.
• Entrepreneurial mindset and the ability to solve problems and think outside the box.
