If you’re the Management Accountant we’re looking for, you’ll be proactive, detail-oriented, and a great communicator.

You’ll enjoy working independently while also collaborating with management to support decision-making through your financial acumen and insights.

In this role, you’ll take responsibility for:

Managing accounts receivable and accounts payable processes.

Processing payroll accurately and in a timely manner.

Reconciling bank statements and maintaining general ledger accounts.

Ensuring compliance with financial regulations and company policies.

Collaborating with management to provide budgets, cashflow forecasts and financial insights to support decision-making

Strong understanding of performance reporting and divisional reporting for separate business divisions

Preparation and lodgement of ongoing compliance requirements, including BAS, IAS and Payroll Tax obligations

Data entry in MYOB, review of reports and monthly reporting to owner

Ensuring correlation of data between MYOB system and SimPro

Regular updating of budgets, expected customer receipts and supplier payments, group payroll payable and equipment finance commitments on a daily and weekly basis

To succeed in this role, you’ll have:

Proven experience in bookkeeping and management accounting.

Expertise in MYOB AccountRight and Simpro Software

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

A knack for working independently and as part of a team.
