We're working with a leading commercial fit-out contractor with a strong pipeline of work to recruit an experienced site manager for their projects across SEQ.

Their portfolio includes office spaces, education, retail, hospitality and healthcare facilities providing a good variety of different projects for you to get your teeth into.

The Role:

Lead and manage all site operations: planning, coordination, scheduling, resource allocation

Prepare site reports, conduct meetings and liaise with key stakeholders

Oversee subcontractors, trades and site labour whilst maintaining site WHS requirements

Drive programme delivery whilst ensuring quality & compliance

What we're looking for:

Proven experience in managing commercial fit-out projects up to $15m in value

QBCC Supervisor Licence (Medium Rise) is a must

Excellent leadership, communication and problem‑solving skills

High level of organisation and attention to detail
