We are Urgently seeking sales staff at a number of our locations. We currently have the opportunity for the right candidates to expand your career and secure a good income with incentives to earn a good base wage and share in a comprehensive bonus scheme.

The successful applicants need to have previous experience in selling furniture, mattress or other high valued items.

Please note this is not a customer service position. Customer service experience is not enough for this position. We are at competitive Homemaker Centers requiring above-average retail Sales Skills. On-site job training will be provided

To be successful we expect you:

To be a highly motivated person with exceptional customer service experience.

To greet customers in a retail showroom and demonstrate in-depth knowledge of products and services while guiding customers through the selection of furniture.

Work in a busy team environment, and use your initiative to problem solve.

Able to meet and achieve weekly sales targets

Computer literate, proficiency in Microsoft office essential.

Management skills essential.

Job requirements:

Be available to work during normal retail trading hours including Thursday evenings, weekends and public holidays

Experience in retail sales, previous furniture sales experience preferred but not essential

Provide customers with exceptional customer service, provide accurate information, and answer questions about specific products and services.

As well as selling our exciting product ranges you will play an important part in setting up the showroom for a great day of trade. This will include merchandising, movement of products, assembling products, and general housekeeping.
