Are you a people-focused sales professional who thrives on building trust and guiding meaningful conversations? We’re looking for a Face-to-Face Sales Consultant.

In this role, you'll provide personalised consultations, offer tailored planning solutions, and walk clients through thoughtful choices. This is a consultative sales position that requires empathy, integrity, and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct in-person consultations;
• Educate clients on planning options;
• Build long-term relationships through trust, transparency, and follow-up;
• Assist in the preparation of community events on site;
• Represent the organisation at community events and through referral-based outreach;
• Maintain detailed client records and manage your sales pipeline effectively; and
• Work independently with support from a dedicated leadership team.

What You Bring:

• Proven face-to-face or consultative sales experience;
• A warm, empathetic communication style and professional demeanour;
• Strong time management and self-motivation;
• A genuine desire to help others make wise and thoughtful decisions; and
• Valid driver’s license or reliable transportation.
