We are seeking a full-time Technology Assistant to join our team in term 1 of the 2026 academic year.

Applicants for the position of Technology Assistant must demonstrate at a minimum that they:

Are a committed Christian, who is active in the life of a Reformed Evangelical Church.

Have the ability to support student’s learning and development and assisting to ensure that the School provides quality Christian education to students

Have exceptional communication and relational teaching skills

Have knowledge of relevant compliance requirements in schools

Holds a valid Working with Children Check in NSW (WWCC)

Work effectively and collaboratively in a team

Core Responsibilities:
The Technology Assistant will support the Technology Faculty to:

Food Technology / Hospitality Support:

order and receive stock for cookery sessions according to teacher planned recipes

prepare recipe ingredients and equipment for the support of cookery sessions

setup cookery spaces per the calendared events, in-line with agreed procedures

conduct routine cleaning and organisation of equipment

rotate stock and maximise utilisation of perishable items

ensure food safety systems are implemented

support classroom activities, as directed by prior arrangement with the Teacher.

Faculty Support:

assist in data processing such as record keeping of hospitality competency tasks

complete purchase orders and order processing for other faculty equipment and consumables

allocate invoices to corresponding expense accounts for payment approval

assist in supporting the implementation of risk management strategies and procedures

contribute to team meetings.
