To grow the Milking Business Team, they are hiring their next Commercial Proposition Manager.

Job Description

As Commercial Proposition Manager, you will be the link between Lely International (Netherlands) and the Lely Centers / Distribution across Oceania. This role carries responsibility for driving commercial strategy, managing performance, and supporting long-term growth in the dairy sector.

You will lead a multidisciplinary business team, ensure the adoption of Lely's propositions in the market, and contribute to the strategic direction of the Oceania cluster.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver on sales and service targets, with full responsibility for budgets and KPIs.

Take ownership of the proposition rollouts - decide the "what" and "when," and make sure Lely Centers put them into practice.

Work with senior management on the annual and 5-year commercial plan for Oceania.

Support Lely Centers to strengthen their capabilities, improve adoption, and grow market share.

Lead and develop a local team of product, technical, and farm support specialists.

The Successful Applicant

We are seeking a commercially focused leader with strong experience in agriculture or a closely related industry. The ideal candidate will have:

Strong business management background, including ownership of budgets

Excellent stakeholder management skills, both internal and external

Leadership experience in managing direct and/or indirect teams

Commercial and technical acumen to drive adoption of premium solutions

Located within 100 km of Melbourne

Permanent work rights

Victorian drivers license
