About the Role

As a Sales Manager at Square Yards Australia, you will play a pivotal role in leading and building a high-performing sales team. You will be responsible for managing interstate real estate sales, driving business development, recruiting and training talent, and achieving revenue targets. This role requires a go-getter mindset, strong leadership skills, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities

· Recruit, build, train, and lead a team of 5–20 sales professionals.

· Drive inter-state property sales across key Australian markets.

· Develop and implement innovative business development strategies to maximize sales opportunities.

· Conduct regular training sessions to upskill team members in sales, negotiation, and market knowledge.

· Monitor team performance, set sales targets, and ensure achievement of KPIs.

· Perform in-depth market research and competitor analysis to stay ahead in the industry.

· Act as a role model by demonstrating hands-on selling, deal closures, and client relationship management.

· Collaborate with internal marketing teams to optimize lead conversion and client engagement.

Who We’re Looking For

· 3–5 years of proven sales experience, investment property sales, real estate or related industries.

· Prior experience in managing a sales team of 4–5 people (with potential to scale up to 20).

· Strong understanding of interstate real estate markets and proven track record in interstate selling.

· Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

· Business acumen with a results-driven, go-getter attitude.

· Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth organization.

· Strong leadership and mentoring capabilities with a passion for team success.

Requirements

· Relevant sales/real estate industry experience and credentials preferred.

· Valid Driver’s License and access to a reliable vehicle.

· Australian citizen, Permanent Resident, or holder of a valid working visa.
