Position Overview

We are seeking motivated and reliable 3PL Crew Members to join our fulfilment team. This role is hands-on and central to the success of our warehouse operations. Crew members ensure the accurate receiving, storing, picking, packing, and dispatching of client inventory to meet strict service standards.

Key Responsibilities

Inbound Operations

Receive and unload shipments, checking goods against documentation for accuracy.

Record inbound stock in the Warehouse Management System (WMS).

Ensure products are stored in the correct locations, maintaining stock integrity.

Picking and Packing

Accurately pick orders using RF scanners or WMS-directed processes.

Pack orders efficiently, ensuring products are secure and meet client presentation standards.

Apply shipping labels and prepare parcels for courier collection.

Dispatch and Outbound

Organise and stage packed orders ready for carrier pickup.

Perform quality checks to ensure correct items and quantities are dispatched.

Assist with same-day and next-day dispatch requirements.

General Warehouse Duties

Maintain a safe, clean, and organised work environment.

Operate equipment such as pallet jacks, trolleys, and forklifts (if licensed).

Support stocktakes, cycle counts, and inventory checks.

Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and adhere to WHS guidelines.

Skills and Attributes

Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Ability to work to deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Good communication and teamwork skills.

Physically fit to handle manual tasks (lifting, moving stock).

Basic computer literacy (WMS or scanning devices experience preferred).

Qualifications and Requirements

Previous warehouse, logistics, or 3PL experience is advantageous but not essential.

Forklift licence highly regarded (not mandatory).

Flexibility to work varying shifts, including peak periods.
