About the role

We are seeking a dedicated Night Auditor/Front Desk Agent to join our dynamic hospitality team at Zara Tower in Sydney, NSW. This is a part-time opportunity with flexible days to suit your lifestyle. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a crucial role in ensuring an exceptional experience during their stay.

What you'll be doing

Performing night audit procedures to reconcile daily financial transactions and ensure accurate reporting

Providing excellent customer service to guests, handling inquiries, requests and complaints in a professional manner

Checking guests in and out, processing payments, and managing room availability

Monitoring and maintaining the security of the hotel premises during night shifts

Assisting with various administrative tasks, including data entry and record-keeping

Collaborating with the wider hotel team to contribute to the overall smooth operation of the hotel

What we're looking for

Previous experience in a similar night auditor or front desk role within the hospitality industry

Strong customer service orientation and excellent communication skills

Proficiency in using hotel management software and computer systems

Attention to detail and the ability to work accurately under pressure

Flexibility to work night shifts and weekends as required

Problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet
