Job description:

  • Parramatta / Hybrid
  • Ongoing - Full-Time (35 HPW) and Part-Time opportunities available
  • Clerk Grade 1/2, base salary ($75,728 - $82,329), plus employer's contribution to superannuation and annual leave loading

Your role

As a Client Officer, you will be responsible for providing a wide range of duties within Victims Services. In this role, you will be responsive and professional in the provision of a diverse range of administrative and telephone services in a client focused environment.

What you'll do

As part of a team, you will be required to:

  • Respond to email and phone correspondence, take ownership of the customer experience, and provide first contact resolution where possible.
  • Perform administrative and case management tasks to assist customers.
  • Collaborate across Victims Services to identify opportunities to improve services, policies and procedures.

What we're looking for

The successful candidate will have:

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • High level customer service skills.
  • The ability to maintain wellbeing in an environment that exposes staff to information that is sensitive and confronting.
  • An understanding of relevant legislative and regulatory frameworks.
