About the Opportunity

From plant heath to turf care, your focus in this role will be on detail, quality, and continual improvement. You'll enjoy the rewards of watching beautiful gardens establish and thrive under your care. You'll be working closely with our tight-knit maintenance crew to deliver standout results for our loyal clients.

As part of this dynamic role, you’ll be:

• Assisting the lead gardener with day-to-day operations
  
• Completing tasks and ensuring high-quality work
  
• Helping shape and improve some of the best gardens in the region.

What You’ll Need

• Minimum 4 years of experience in residential landscape maintenance
  

• Cert II in Horticulture or Parks and Gardens
  
• The ability to present well and represent Smart Landscapes name at our clients' properties.
  
• A passion for plants, gardens, and high standards
  
• An eye for detail
  
• Reliability and a solid work ethic
  
• A driver’s licence
