As we continue to grow, we're looking for a Qualified and Experienced Landscaper to join our team and help deliver exceptional outdoor projects.

The Role:

We are seeking a hands-on, qualified landscaper with strong experience in both soft and hard landscaping. You will play a key role in constructing and transforming outdoor spaces — from structural works to planting and finishing details — across a variety of commercial and educational sites.

Key Responsibilities:

Complete landscaping projects from start to finish, including paving, decking, retaining walls, turfing, and planting

Interpret landscape plans and technical drawings accurately

Operate tools, machinery, and equipment safely and efficiently

Liaise professionally team members on-site

Maintain a high standard of workmanship and attention to detail

Ensure all work is completed in line with safety procedures and timelines

Support and guide junior team members when needed

Requirements:

Certificate III in Landscape Construction (or equivalent qualification)

Minimum 3 years’ hands-on experience in landscape construction

Strong knowledge of materials, construction techniques, and horticulture

White Card (Construction Induction)

Working With Children's Check

Manual driver’s licence (MR truck licence an advantage)

Ability to read and interpret site plans and technical drawings

Excellent communication and teamwork skills

High level of reliability, punctuality, and professionalism
