Based in Lonsdale SA, this full-time permanent position offers an exciting variety of tasks and gives you the opportunity to build trusted relationships with your team and customers.
About the Role
As our Horticulture Supervisor, are responsible for overseeing the activities and efficiency of horticultural operations including:

• Lead, motivate and support horticulture team to deliver exceptional results.
• Plan and manage staff schedules, resources, and day-to-day site operations.
• Train, educate and provide ad-hoc support and clarity to team members.
• Conduct site inspections and audits to ensure safety, quality, and compliance standards are met.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through proactive communication.
• Monitor operational performance, budgets, and KPIs to drive continuous improvement.
• Develop and mentor your team, fostering growth and professional success.

About You
Ideally, you will have proven supervisory and/or leadership experience in horticulture and/or weed/pest management and the following knowledge, skills, and abilities:

• Highly organised, with the ability to manage competing priorities.
• Strong communicator with a focus on building positive client relationships.
• Confident in reporting on budgets, performance metrics, and outcomes.
• A hands-on leader who leads by example.
• Relevant industry qualifications and/or licences (highly regarded).
• Current driver’s licence (essential).
