About the Role:

- Leading daily lab operations and resource planning
- Supervising and mentoring junior technicians and trainees
- Conducting field and laboratory testing with accuracy and efficiency
- Overseeing quality assurance, calibrations, and compliance
- Ensuring our team meets high performance and safety standards

About You

- Certificate IV in Laboratory Techniques (or equivalent)
- Solid experience in CMT (concrete, aggregates, soils) testing
- Proven supervisory or team leadership experience
- Strong organisational skills with a detail-focused approach
- Excellent communication and client service abilities
