What is the role?

The key responsibility of this role is to provide support and assistance to the Operations Manager by facilitating and ensuring the smooth and effective day-to-day operations of the crews and equipment. You will rotate throughout the day between duties such as:

• Conducting hazard assessments
• Reporting and compliance
• Coordinating schedules and plans
• Planning and conducting toolbox meetings
• Vehicle and equipment inspections
• Accurate recording of completed team tasks and overall crew performance

Do you have?

• A current drivers’ licence
• Industry experience and/or qualifications Cert III Horticulture or Arboriculture
• The ability to work safely
• The flexibility to Live Away from Home for up to 2 weeks at a time

Great, but not essential:

• White card
• MR/HR Truck Licence
• First aid/CPR
