Your Opportunity:

This role is required to manage delivery of a small to medium, predominately application based IM/ICT projects for Clinical Program clients, ensuring successful completion within agreed performance criteria which will enable enhanced health service delivery.

You will ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and comply with Queensland Health strategies, architecture, and best practice guidelines.

The Clinical Program operates similar to commercial ICT consultancies where consultants move between assignments (and clients) and may be expected to work simultaneously on multiple assignments/projects as they transition between assignments or if an assignment is small in size and complexity.

The Clinical Program encourages consultants to develop close working relationships with clients and frequently physically co-locate with clients across Brisbane in order to develop close working relationships.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Guide, lead and mentor team members and ensure stakeholders are informed and engaged throughout the project life cycle.
• Manage the delivery of predominately application based projects ranging from small to medium projects in scale and complexity.
• Manage projects by monitoring and reporting on project related trends and performance against project plans and budgets.
• Enable informed decision making on project issues by developing timely and relevant written submissions, briefs, presentations and information papers for project stakeholders.
