The role:
Reporting to the Project Director, you will be responsible for undertaking training and comms for the Identity Access Manager Solution. Additionally, you will support the management of a program of work, including ensuring the use of appropriate project management techniques, methodologies, and tools, including benefits realisation and risk and issue management, to ensure quality project outcomes are delivered.
In addition to this, you will:
- Coordinate governance processes for a complex ICT program of work.
- Manage, monitor and report on project related trends and performance against project plans and schedules.
- Initiate, influence and maintain relationships with and between key internal and external stakeholders, facilitate effective communication channels to promote the successful adoption of change within the business, and foster relationships through lessons learned, feedback mechanisms and management of expectations.
Are you right for this role?
To be successful in the role, you will have proven experience in a medium scale IM/ICT project management environment, preferably in the health care industry (SFIA Skill: PRMG: Level 5). You will also have the proven ability to develop and manage one or more defined communication channels and/or stakeholder groups, and facilitate the business change decision-making processes, and the planning and implementation of change. (SFIA Skill: RLMT: Level 5).
Furthermore, you will have an understanding of appropriate project management methodologies (preferably PRINCE2), and an ability to promote and provide advice on the use of appropriate project management techniques, methodologies and tools (SFIA Skill: METL: Level 5).
