The purpose of the Senior Engineer (Civil) role is to project manage the delivery of multiple road infrastructure projects. The role involves providing technical expertise, administering contracts and providing support to the design, construction and maintenance processes

Some of your responsibilities will include:
• Provide support and advice on the planning and design process, to ensure delivery of project outcomes, value for money and best practice are achieved
• Act as the Administrator and Administrator's Representative in the administration of contracts, review contract documents, analyse offers, and program preconstruction, construction, and maintenance activities.
• Determine the engineering requirements, including materials, critical components, and systems, involved in supporting project management and delivery.
• Apply all relevant standards, policies, guidelines and legislative requirements necessary for the design and construction of road infrastructure projects including quality management.
• Maintain effective liaison and communication with internal and external stakeholders on all matters relating to transport infrastructure delivery activities.
