Principal / Senior Civil & Structural Engineer - Mackay Based role

Location: Mackay, QLD (with travel to Brisbane, Gladstone & client sites)
Roster: Full-time, permanent role

Role Opportunity
Our client is seeking a Principal or Senior Civil / Structural Engineer to join their Mackay office. This role will lead civil and structural design delivery across mining and heavy industrial projects, while mentoring junior engineers and collaborating with clients and project teams.

Essential Qualifications & Skills
• Degree in Civil Engineering (BEng or equivalent)
• RPEQ or CPEng registration (or in progress)
• Strong design software skills (AutoCAD, SPACE GASS, Prokon)
• Mining & heavy industrial infrastructure experience
• Leadership & mentoring capability

Duties & Responsibilities
• Lead civil & structural design delivery
• Produce drawings, specifications & reports
• Provide geotechnical data interpretation support
• Liaise with clients & deliver tailored solutions
• Mentor and manage junior engineers
