We at TOM People have partnered with a Financial Services firm to recruit 3 Registry Administrators for a 3/4 month contract based in the Sydney CBD.
Contract role based in the Sydney CBD.

The purpose of the Unit Registry Administration is to manage and deliver on a project related to the administration of unlisted unit trusts/funds.
Main responsibilities:
Investigation of Advisor contacts.
Sign-off and production of daily reporting for clients.
Work with the CSMs to develop checklists that are fund specific that will assist the Investor Service Officers in administering the funds.
Processing of applications, redemptions, transfers and detail updates as per Service Level Agreement.
Management of ad-hoc client requests with the CSM and Operations Manager
Your Experience
Operational experience in funds management, registries or the financial services sector
Working holiday visa holders are welcome
