Triaging calls, inboxes, and correspondence with professionalism and efficiency.
Supporting onboarding and induction processes for new staff.
Preparing reports, documents, and presentations to a high standard.
Managing confidential and time-sensitive information with discretion.
About you
We are seeking candidates who demonstrate:
A minimum of 2 years’ experience in administration, office coordination, or

Strong organisational and time management skills, with excellent attention to detail.
Proactive communication skills, with the ability to build strong working relationships across teams.
