Skol Beard Co is Adelaide’s fastest-growing grooming brand. Built from the ground up and proudly independent, we run lean, move fast, and take serious pride in everything we put our name to. From customer service to order fulfilment, everything starts with the people behind the scenes - and that’s where you come in.

We’re looking for two full-time team members to grow with us.

Role 1: Customer Service & Social Media / Order Fulfilment

Pick, pack, and ship customer orders

Deliver high-quality customer service (email, socials, etc.)

Manage customer queries with a solutions-first approach

Support social media, content creation, and community engagement

Skills that stand out:

Experience in customer service or e-commerce

Strong written communication - able to craft messages that connect with customers

Confident communicator, problem-solver

Familiar with Meta, TikTok, Instagram

Content creation skills (video, photography, or copywriting)

Tech-savvy and interested in AI in business

High attention to detail and pride in customer results

Strong sense of urgency and excellent time management

Leadership, project, or team management potential

Role 2: Warehouse, Manufacturing & Stock Management

Daily warehouse operations (receiving, storing, packing)

Assist with cosmetic manufacturing and product assembly

Stock monitoring and management

Keep warehouse processes tight, safe, and efficient

Skills that stand out:

Experience in warehousing, logistics, or manufacturing

Strong attention to detail and pride in finished products

Highly time-efficient, with urgency to get things done fast and accurately

Practical, hands-on, team-first mindset

Comfortable in a lean, fast-paced environment

Forklift licence a plus (not required)

Leadership, project, or team management potential
