About the role:

We are looking for an experienced, motivated person to join our team and head up our warehouse operations and e-comm dispatch. The casual role is a flexible 4 days a week with easy hours of 9am-3pm (school run anyone?) with the opportunity to grow for the right individual. Not only are you working with beautiful designer clothing, you are contributing to a small family business. A typical week could look like but would not be limited to:

Beautifully wrapping and fulfilling online orders

Handling online returns and stock movement

Receiving and processing new stock arrivals (hello unboxing!)

Entering invoices, pricing and organising stock for deliveries

Delivering amazing customer service

Working with a small team to problem solve, ensure a quick turn around to dispatch and maintain an organised warehouse

A bit about you:

You are organised and can think on your feet. You are motivated to deliver an exceptional customer service experience at all times. You love working with stock- unboxing, hanging, steaming, picking and packing; you don't mind repetitive manual tasks and like to be across it all. You are happy to work solo but are happy to pivot and take on extra work when needed. The opportunity is also there to have a play with all the new stock to create reels and social media content. An eye for styling and curating content is your thing!

It would be highly advantageous if you also had the following experience:

pick and pack experience in a retail e-comm setting

knowledge of point of sale systems, stock inventory and shopify. Mac experience also beneficial.

some retail sales experience to help assist customers over the phone with online troubleshooting
